Staying Healthy!

The Stay Healthy project continues to run on Monday evenings (3:30 – 6:00 for ages 8-12 and 6:30 – 9:00 for ages 13-16).

Young people have recently undertaken healthy cookery sessions, including inventing their own fruit smoothie recipes, and sports activities, which included Circuit Training in our outdoor gym. Some participants are working towards gaining an ASDAN qualification!
